The most secure Managed File Transfer solution available!

Do you have business-critical and/or privacy-sensitive data that you want to share with external parties? The sensitive data is out of control outside the firewall and can be manipulated or get into the wrong hands.
With MOVEit, you have full control over all file transfers outside your organisation's firewall. For example, when sharing files with partners, customers, between users or systems. With MOVEit, you keep sensitive data end-to-end encrypted (at rest and on the move) and ensure data integrity. You ensure compliance with internal policies and AVG. With MOVEit, you secure files against data breaches, cyber-attacks and online threats.

MOVEit consists of a suite of tools. In addition to MOVEit Transfer, MOVEit Adhoc offers an outlook plug-in that allows your colleagues to easily attach documents to emails and share them fully protected with external parties. You can also automate planned data exchanges (e.g. between systems) with MOVEit Automation, and you keep full overview and control over who receives and views which data with Analytics. MOVEit ensures that data is fully traceable from a central point within your organisation. With MOVEit, you are AVG compliant.

Why do I need a Managed File Transfer?
Within a company, the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) understands the importance of protecting business-critical data and personal data. Preventing data breaches, mallware, fishing, among others, has his full attention.

Many employees within a company do not see these dangers at all. Why can't you just email all the data? Surely everyone does that?
Many employees do not realise the risks of sharing personal data or other sensitive data via e-mail or OneDrive or the like with partner companies they work with. You can't blame them for this either. Therefore, the CISO is responsible for giving all employees the ability to share sensitive data in a secure way. By setting this up together with IT at a central point within the organisation, you also prevent shadow IT.

With Adhoc, MOVEit offers an Outlook plug-in that makes it easy to add MOVEit attachments to emails. Documents can also be shared via the secure MOVEit web browser or via Secure Folder Sharing, where you share a set of documents with your project group members. In all three cases, documents are shared completely securely with pre-authorised external parties. MOVEit guarantees the security and integrity of these documents and ensures full traceability and transparency from a central point within your organisation. MOVEit is a Managed File Transfer solution that keeps your business-critical data end-to-end encrypted (at rest and on the move), ensures data integrity, can automate scheduled data exchanges and gives you full visibility and control over who receives and views what data.

WhatsUp Gold

WhatsUp Gold is a powerful network monitoring solution that:
  • Detects problems in the network early, before end users notice anything
  • It monitors bandwidth for critical apps and services to ensure it is optimal
  • Automatically detects devices, displays them on a map, monitors, reports and alerts if something is wrong

WhatsUp® Gold is a network monitoring tool (2/3 layer) that automatically detects and displays all devices including switches, routers, servers etc. detects and displays them in a detailed interactive map of the entire network infrastructure. WhatsUp Gold can automatically detect all devices in the network, displaying your network topology. WhatsUp Gold can monitor any mix of devices; from wireless controllers, Access Points, servers, VMs, switches/routers, firewalls, applications, printers, newer traffic and configurations in Windows, LAMP and Java environments. WhatsUp Gold can monitor anything with an IP address accessible using standard monitoring protocols, including ICMP, SNMP, WMI and SSH. WhatsUp Gold shows how all devices within the network are connected, responding dynamically to interactions and continuously providing an up-to-date view. Simply clicking on a device provides instant access to a wealth of device-related information, network monitoring settings and reports. In addition to the interactive maps, various dashboards are available, for example for Network Traffic Analysis and Application Monitoring. For management and customers, WhatsUp Gold offers many possibilities for personalised reports. WhatsUp Gold is also available for Android and iOs, allowing system administrators to easily check the status of a device via their mobile.
Application monitoring

WhatsUp Gold offers out-of-the-box application monitoring that allows you to easily monitor the performance of popular Microsoft applications such as Exchange, SharePoint®, Dynamics, Lync®, SQL Server®, DNS, Internet Information Services (IIS), Active Directory® and Hyper-V® as well as Linux systems and Apache web servers (Linux-based or Microsoft-based). You can also easily create profiles for your internal applications with an easy-to-use profile tool.

Analyse van het netwerkverkeer

WhatsUp Gold can monitor multi-vendor networks by collecting information using Cisco NetFlow, NetFlow-Lite and NSEL, Juniper J-Flow, sFlow and IPFIX protocols for monitoring network traffic flows. It allows you to optimise network performance, isolate network traffic irregularities and bottlenecks, and set bandwidth usage policies. WhatsUp Gold monitors, alerts and reports on interface traffic and bandwidth usage. It provides detailed and actionable data on key senders, receivers, calls, applications and protocols that consume network bandwidth. From the WhatsUp Gold Alerting Centre, the network administrator is alerted if a threshold is exceeded anywhere in the network and a problem arises. Automated actions, such as application restarts, can also be set up here.

VMs Monitors

WhatsUp Gold discovers, displays, monitors, alerts and reports on performance of VMs, virtual hosts and guests in real time. It maintains an up-to-date list of all virtual hosts and attributes. It monitors the performance and resource consumption of hosts and guests, including CPU, memory, disk and interface utilisation. It monitors the availability and performance of virtual servers and collects event logs using both VMware and Hyper-V technologies.

Configuration & Change management

WhatsUp Gold automatically configures routers, switches and firewalls in your network. It keeps track of network configurations and monitors, alerts and reports on any changes. Network administrators can ensure that authorised configurations are performed for all devices to secure the network and comply with regulatory standards. This reduces the time and cost of manual and repeated configuration and change management tasks. Internal audits can be scheduled to be performed to prove that configurations continue to meet expectations.

Data connectivity Integration (DCI)

Progress DataDirect is a global leader in cloud and on-premise data connectivity and integration solutions for relational, NoSQL, Big Data and SaaS data sources. The focus is always on performance, reliability and security. Customers from all industries and all company sizes enjoy the benefits of a DCI solution.

More than 1,700 partners worldwide have already been convinced by Progress DataDirect, including four of the top six SaaS vendors and eight of the top nine companies in Gartner's Business Intelligence and Analytics Magic Quadrant.
To complement their extensive collection of off-the-shelf, extremely powerful and standards-based data connectors, Progress now has connectors for TeamCity, GitHub, Aha! and Jira. These new connectors give users a clearer overview of the DevOps process.Progress DataDirect is in use by over 350 ISVs (independent software vendors) and more than 10,000 enterprises.

The solution addresses various analytics, integration and data management needs. The new DevOps connectors offer, among other things:
  • Access disparate data using SQL - developers do not need to learn special APIs or query languages. Every system is accessed in the same way. Developers therefore only need to write code once.
  • Fast data throughput including bulk data access - fast data access means less waiting time for data loading. No manual data workflows through automation and a more efficient process. Everything happens in the cloud and fast data processing means less time spent using AWS and Azure applications. Users save on costs as a result.
  • Security and support - Progress DataDirect receives regular updates. Progress also has a special policy for hotfixes and support procedures.
